This is your moving medication. Guided by breath and grounded in awareness, this class weaves fluid transitions, strengths, and softness together. Cues are invitational. Modifications are always welcome.

MOVE | Vinyasa

A focused practice designed to build strength and stability from your center.

Expect intentional sequences that target the abdominals, obliques, and deep stabilizing muscles, with mindful holds and controlled transitions that support strength from the inside out.

Move with purpose, connect to your core, and rest whenever needed.

MOVE | Core

Steady, breath-led movement.

This is your foundational practice. Expect mindful pacing, longer holds, and space to refine alignment.

We ground together. We breathe together, We rest when we need to.

A gentle blend of mindful movement and yin.

Begin with slow, intentional movement. End in stillness. This class is about balance. P

MOVE | Center

A 45-minute flow designed to awaken strength and fluidity, followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation to settle the mind. Connect breath to movement, explore balance and mobility, and end in stillness and presence.

Move with awareness. Breathe with intention. Rest fully.

A movement practice that reminds us movement doesn’t have to be so serious. An invitation to dance, sweat, and move with intention. Guided by music and breath, we flow through heat-building sequences that challenge the body while keeping you connected to your inner rhythm.

We move to the music, connect with our bodies, and celebrate what movement can feel like joyful, freeing, and grounding.
