Personally Identifiable Information

Move Like You collects personally identifiable information from you only with your knowledge and consent.

We use the services of Momence (www.momence.com) for web scheduling, class registration, membership management, and online payments. We also use Stripe (www.stripe.com ) to securely process payments. When you make a purchase through Momence, you may be asked for:

  • Your name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Other information necessary to process and track your booking or order

For billing purposes, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date, and billing address.

Momence may also require you to create an account with your email address and a unique password for future access to your booking history and account information. Your credit card details are not stored in the Momence system for your privacy and security.

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will collect your name and email address. (See “Move Like You Mailing List” below for details.)

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We collect non-personally identifiable information to help us better understand how visitors use our website and to improve your experience. While we log general usage data, such as pages visited and time spent, your IP address is never linked to personally identifiable information.

Server logs are private and used mainly for:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues

  • Monitoring website performance

  • Security purposes
