All of our classes are held at room temperature. Our approach prioritizes accessible movement for every body, in a comfortable non-heated environment.

We offer a variety of yoga and movement practices. Classes are first categorized as either a Move or Rest class. Some Move classes include Vinyasa, Morning, and Hatha. Rest classes currently include Yin.

Yes, you will need an account to book classes, buy memberships, and manage your schedule.

Students must be 14 years or older. Anyone under 18 requires a guardian’s signature before attending.

Classes can be booked online through our website or app. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. To book your class, click here.

Yes, pre-registration is required for all classes. This helps us manage space and ensures you have a mat waiting for you.

Yes we have a changeroom and one shower on-site.

Yes, with your healthcare provider’s approval. Please let your teacher know before class so they can offer supportive variations.
First Time Visitors

Morning, Move & Rest, and Yin are great starting points. If you’re ready for more flow, Vinyasa is beginner-friendly with guidance offered along the way.

For your first class, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so we can show you around and help you get set up. We lock the doors to reduce disruption and maximize safety for our members.

Yes, we do have mat rentals available for $2. Please ask your instructor prior to class starting and they will provide you one, and the rental will be added to your account. Props (blocks, bolsters, straps) are provided in the studio at no extra cost.

Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, comfortable clothing and an open mind. That’s it.
There is a tap to refill your water bottles and mats can be rented onsite.
Class Policies

Unfortunately not. For safety and to respect the group experience, doors are locked when class begins.

All phones are to be silenced and stored away during class. The studio is a space to unplug and move without distractions.

You can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll automatically be added and notified by email/text.
Waitlist spots are to be treated like a regular booking. It is assumed that everyone who is on the waitlist is still able to attend class. You can cancel your waitlist spot at any time without penalization if you are no longer able to attend. If you are on the waitlist, please make sure to monitor the class.

Move Like You has a 8 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel a booking without charge at any time if it’s at least 8 hours before class. Please cancel your bookings online through your account.
If you cancel your class within 8 hours of your scheduled class time, a $20 late cancellation fee will be applied to your account if you are on an unlimited pricing option. If you have a class package or drop in, the class will be deducted from your account.
If you miss a class without canceling you will incur a no show fee of $25 if you are on an unlimited pricing option, or a class will be deducted from your account if you have a class package or drop in.

Yes—simply cancel and rebook another class. If it’s within 8 hours, the late cancellation policy will still apply.

Unlimited members will be charged a no-show fee of $25. Class pack holders will have a credit deducted.
Membership

Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Email connect@movelikeyoustudio.ca to start the process.
