🌸Bloom: A Workshop for Pre- Teen Girls
Join Jade Dolan for this welcoming 2-hour workshop that invites pre-teen girls (ages 11–14) to spend time connecting with one another in a supportive and positive environment. Through guided movement, creative activities, and group conversations, girls will have the opportunity to share, listen, and build new connections with peers.
Jade is a certified teacher and registered yoga instructor who has completed additional training in teaching yoga for youth. She is passionate about helping young people build confidence, connect with themselves, and feel supported in who they are becoming. As an educator and caregiver to a pre-teen girl, Jade brings warmth, understanding, and a deep commitment to creating positive spaces for girls and teens.
The pre-teen years are a time when friendships and social dynamics are growing and changing, and many girls are looking for spaces where they can feel comfortable being themselves while learning how to authentically connect with others.
